Common questions

How do I sign in or reset my password?

Open the app and sign in with your email and password, Google, or Apple. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen to get a reset link by email.

Do players need an account?

No. Players don't need an account — rosters and stats are entered by adult team staff (coaches and stat keepers). Anyone can view a public game or team link with no account at all.

I'm a parent — how do I follow my kid's team?

The easiest way is the invite: your coach can email you a "Follow [Team]" link straight from the roster — tap it, create a free account (or sign in), pick a name your coach will see, and you're following. You can also open the app on your own and search for your club to follow it. Following a team lets you see its games and scores and get the coach's updates in Team Chat. A parent with kids on more than one team can follow each of them.

How do I join my club or team?

Coaches, stat keepers, and admins join from an invite link your club admin or coach sends. Parents follow a team (above) — by a coach's email invite or by finding the club in the app.

How do I delete my account or data?

See our Delete Your Account page for full instructions, or email support@codelime.dev.

Is my data private?

Yes. Read our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used.

Team Chat & content moderation

MiddieBack includes a private Team Chat for each team — coaches and parents who have joined a team's chat can post messages to that team. Chats are not public: only club members and coach-approved parents can see or post in a team's chat.

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. Every message has a Report action. When a message is reported:

Coaches and admins can remove any parent's chat access at any time from the team's Members list.
