Delete Your MiddieBack Account

MiddieBack (operated by CodeLime LLC) lets you request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how to do that and what gets removed.

Delete your account in the app (fastest)

You can delete your account directly in MiddieBack: open the menu (top-right) and tap Delete account, then type CONFIRM. This immediately and permanently removes your account and data. If you haven't joined a club yet, the same Delete my account option is on the welcome screen.

Prefer we handle it? Email support@codelime.dev from — or naming — the email address on your MiddieBack account, with the subject line "Delete my account." To help us verify it's you, send the request from the account's email address.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (email, name, and sign-in identity).
• Your club memberships and role assignments.
• If you are the administrator of a club, deleting the club removes its teams, seasons, rosters, player names and jersey numbers, games, and statistics. Let us know in your request if you want your club deleted along with your account.

Public game or team links tied to deleted data stop working once the data is removed.

Timeline

We process deletion requests promptly and complete them within 30 days. Data in routine backups is purged on our normal backup rotation (also within 30 days). We may retain a minimal record only where required by law.

A note for parents and guardians

Players do not need an account to use MiddieBack — their roster and stat information is entered by adult team staff. If you want a player's information reviewed or removed, email support@codelime.dev and we will assist promptly.
